Lull Telehandlers
Since 1959, Lull has been producing telehandlers. Their equipment have been designed for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This particular system offers much more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide various optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you complete your requirements, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. When both precision and accuracy are really important, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you require.
The Future
Many attachments have been designed and developed in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages enable the forklift to position materials in a more accurate manner. The articulating booms or booms come with 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures in order to position loads in the center of upper floors or on interior roof slope settings. New attachments and products are being designed and made all the time and would be available in the future.
With extra safety features becoming more prevalent, some improvements have been made. For example, load-reach management devices could restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized in order to determine the weight of the load. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
Once the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the extension of the boom and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is an important lock-up device or a warning system which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
